The local restaurants in Peyia are only a short drive away and if you are into walking, then it is a 15 to 20 minute brisk walk. There is also a bus service from the village to Coral Bay.
Coral Bay is approx 15 minutes drive away.
Perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy quality time with the kids! Great for couples wanting to have peace and relaxation.
No nightclubs so not for groups of young people wanting to be close to nightlife!
The bungalow has a gated entrance and off-street parking area. There are a couple of steps to the pool terrace, and a few more steps into the villa. Ideal for people with limited mobility. Families, please note that children need to be supervised around the pool!!

Our Peyia holiday bungalow with private pool has the most amazing panoramic sea and mountain views across Peyia. The pool itself is larger than standard in size, with built in steps & a handrail for easy access. There are six generous sunbeds and a sun umbrella for shade, so it is suitable for all.
We supply pool and beach towels for our guests, so you don’t need to take up valuable space in your cases!
The pool has certainly been a firm favourite with many guests returning year on year!
Dining Area and Living Room
At Anchor Villa, we have an open plan and fully furnished living area with white leather suite and walnut dining table with chairs and matching units. There is a selection of books, games and DVD's for your holiday reading/ viewing, and information leaflets for the local amenities. There is also a stereo system. Your first stop will be to browse the Welcome Folder which you will find in the living room. It provides further information about the villa and all the Must-know information about the facilities. We have fiber optic broadband internet connected TV with UK & world-wide channels and the latest movies. The patio doors to the covered veranda offer uninterrupted panoramic views. While we don’t use the log burner, the villa also has gas central heating and the air-con system can be used on heat mode. So the villa has that cosy vibe, even in the winter months. During the hotter summer months, the ceiling fans and air-conditioned system is a cool treat.

The kitchen is equipped with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron, toaster, kettle and a fridge freezer.
For those very hot days, there is also a water dispenser to quench your thirst.
It is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and glassware, pots and pans. There is also a table and chairs and we have a complimentary high chair available for young guests.

There is a gas BBQ at your disposal and a pergola with covered seating for 4. Please help yourself to the oranges and lemons from the trees in season, and enjoy the colourful bougainvillea hedge.

The covered veranda at the front of the villa is a favourite spot for relaxing and alfresco dining, or for watching the sun rise in the East over the distant hills and the sun set in the West, over the sea. Look out for the lighthouse at Paphos and the "carpet" of lights from the village below, as dusk turns in to night time!
You will definitely find that meals with this idyllic view really don't need to be rushed!

Anchor Villa is a 3 bedroom property which can sleep 6 people comfortably.

Some additional details
Master bedroom. Super king size bed, (6 feet) with dressing area and en-suite shower room. Patio doors & shutters lead to the covered veranda at the front of the house.
Bedroom 2. Next to master bedroom, twin room and shared bathroom with
bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3. Two single beds that can be made up as a large double bed on request.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioner units and central heating for the winter months.
There are timer switches on the air-conditioners, and we ask that you are considerate and do not leave them on when not required.
We supply all linen and bedding for you and a second set of bedding for your second week if required. There is a complimentary travel cot available if required.
